By spirit or spiritual, I am not making a reference to anything religious. I am talking about the true essence of Who You Are — Your True Self.
Holistic Health is a Lifestyle that doesn’t view the body, mind and spirit as separate entities and it looks at for and addresses the underlying causes of symptoms, rather than just covering up the symptoms with a medication.The body, mind and spirit are not independent of one another. They are intertwined. What affects one affects the others. A Lifestyle that focuses on only one aspect is an incomplete approach.
