Mike has been practicing reiki since 2006 and since that time has helped hundreds of clients heal, grow and restore through his unique reiki sessions.
The Zen Master Shunryu Suzuki said: “Each of you is perfect the way you are … and you can use a little improvement.” That’s the message you are going to learn with Michael in his reiki session. Reiki is an energy healing art form Japan that has gained popularity around the world for being accessible, helpful, and effective. Michael’s sessions are a little different from what you might receive however and here’s how they differ:
Michael’s reiki sessions are short and highly intuitive. You will lie on a therapy bed and he will lightly work with your body for about thirty minutes. This is a relaxing (fully clothed) experience that many clients find profoundly moving and insightful.
After the energy session, Mike will talk to you about what he has intuited. Yes, you’re perfect the way you are, but how could you improve in order to feel better about it?
The body is like a memory and it stores layers of information that have accumulated over the course of a person’s life. During this part of the session, Mike will coach you to realize what you have accumulated and what it creates in your body and mind and then suggest a wide range of potential techniques to help you adjust and take back control of your life.
Thirdly – Effectiveness
The techniques Michael will suggest will be drawn from spiritual practices, physical exercise, diet, entertainment, emotional healing, and even down to suggestions regarding the place you live, your job, your associates, and your past times.
All of these adjustments will require effort beyond the reiki session. And it is here that the real effects of the session will be felt.
Many practitioners seek to work with their clients for five, ten, or fifteen sessions. But Michael’s process is to analyze your body, mind, and spiritual state to help you work on your own happiness after the session is over. Mike believes this provides you with the greatest long-term benefit and instills in his clients a sense of personal responsibility and empowerment to make the changes necessary in their lives.
